SILVER SCREEN
Silver Screen is a student short film competition. This event emphasizes student filmmaking spirit, visual storytelling and emotional resonance in a compact cinematic showcase.

Rules and Regulations:

The competition is open to all students from any University, Institute, or College. Participants are encouraged to register using their official email addresses.

Films must be submitted in MP4 or MOV format, with a maximum file size of 500 MB. The film can be in landscape format in either 720p (SD) or 1080p (HD). The film may be black and white, color, or feature any special color treatment.

Content must be original and specifically created for CULT 2025.

Films can be in any language, but if in a language other than Hindi or English, subtitles are required.

Team size: 1-6 members.

Time limit: 2-5 minutes.

Participants must submit their films by the allotted time. Submission details, including the Google Drive link, meeting time, and Google Meet link, will be provided after successful registration to avoid technical issues
Judging Criteria:

Creativity and Originality: The uniqueness and artistic approach of the short film.

Technical Quality: Clarity, composition, and adherence to technical requirements.

Theme Relevance: How well the film aligns with the chosen genre and theme.

Impact: The ability to entertain, inspire, and leave a lasting impression on the audience
