Entry time for alumni is 10:00 AM.

Alumni will receive a QR code via the email provided by the referring WUD student. This code will be sent a few hours or a day before the event. The QR code is required for entry.

The event follows a single-entry policy: once you leave the fest, re-entry is not allowed.

Entry is valid only on the day of the registered event. For example, if you are registered for Event X on October 17th, you can only enter on that specific date.
