Competition mode is online and students can participate from any university/ college.

Matches will be played in single elimination knockout rounds, semifinals and finals will be played in best of three rounds.

There will be no draw matches, matches will keep on going until a team wins.

Maps will be decided by map banning.

Maps will be selected based on the current competitive map pool.

Teams should decide one captain/leader among themselves and have to come up with a team name to be recognized at the time of registration. (Team name should not be offensive or censored).

There should only be 6 players in a team (1 substitute).

If a player disconnects then the team is allowed to pause the timer for 4 minutes.

The timer will be paused only by the spectator of the game.

You are required to submit the in-game names of the players and if some other ID is used you will not be allowed to proceed for the tournament.

It will be a 5 days event, semifinals and finals will be played on the last 2 days of CULT '25.
