Code of Conduct:

Entry won’t be permitted without registration.

Visitors are expected to help in keeping the campus neat and clean. Spitting, throwing pieces of paper, writing on the walls, etc. are not allowed inside the campus. Students should act in a responsible manner and should not harm or damage the college building, books, and equipment. furniture, etc. The cost of any damage so caused is recovered from the students

Possession of/smoking on campus/use of drugs, alcohol in the campus or coming to the university in an inebriated/intoxicated state won’t be tolerated.

Food delivery won’t be permitted.

Misbehavior with support or security or security staff and faculty, Damage to hostel or university property won’t be tolerated.

Misconduct, uncivilized/ objectionable unwarranted behavior/use of abusive/offensive language causing disturbance to others on campus, fighting with or assault on another person in the university, stealing, gambling or indulgence in any immoral activity and false activation of fire alarms would lead to serious repercussions.

Violent physical assault, serious cyber offense, maligning the name of the university and any activity bringing disrepute to WUD won’t be tolerated.

The Management's decision shall be final in all matters of punishment of the students for the violation of any of the rules and regulations of WUD

Smoking and use of alcoholic beverages and use of any kind of drugs are not permitted in the hostel or on the campus of WUD. Strict disciplinary action is taken if anyone is found violating these rules. Such acts are punishable under the law of the land.

Visitors are advised to keep their belongings safe. The University is not responsible for any loss or theft.

Visitors are expected to respect the property of WUD. Any damage caused will be charged for.
Accomodation & Guidelines
Accommodation availabilty:
-
Outstation students can stay at World University of Design (WUD) campus facility during CULT 2024.
-
Accommodation is available for maximum of 3 nights during the fest.
Registration process:

Students can register for the hostel night stay online by making a payment.
-
The registration fee is ₹500 per person per night.
-
Upon successful registration, students will receive a coupon for breakfast for each registered day.
Room Sharing Arrangements:
-
Boys will be accommodated with a maximum of 3 students per room at the boys' hostel.
-
Girls will be accommodated with a maximum of 3 students per room at the girls' hostel.
Participation Flexibility:

Students from any participating university or institute can register for the hostel stay.
-
There is no limit on the number of students who can register from any given institution.
Responsibilities:

Students must take care of the allotted hostel rooms and facilities.

Any theft or damage to the hostel property will be the responsibility of the assigned student members.
Code of Conduct:

All students must adhere to WUD's code of conduct during their stay.

Misbehavior, noise disturbances, or other forms of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the hostel.
Hostel Rules & Regulations:

Use of any electrical appliance-except those provided by WUD is not permitted
-
Boarders are expected to comply with the hostel rules and curfew. Loitering around campus post curfew hours will not be tolerated.

For any grievance, students are advised to contact the hostel warden. Warden is to ensure that the grievance is attended to.
